The phone is answered around the clock
The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
You are never billed for this service
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
You are connected to a licensed local contractor
The contractor on the other end is independent, licensed for this trade in Ohio, and based close enough to Columbus to turn up. Ask for the license number and proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
If the match is wrong, call back
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
The part this service cannot promise
These are commitments about a connection, not about construction. The contractor is an independent business and the job is their contract with you — so get the scope, the price and any workmanship guarantee from them, in writing, before work starts.
